We return to the friendly confines of the Villa Milano for our regular lunch meeting Thursday, Sept. 23.

“Our Digital Club” will be the program presented by Joe Meyer, our club webmaster, at the luncheon. Learn about all the digital information and tools at your disposal as a Rotary Club of Westerville member in this interactive session.

Do you need a club member’s phone number? Want to check out what the club meeting speakers and topics will be for the next month? Did you blast that email with the last Rotogram and need to find a copy of our current newsletter?

Find out how to get that info with a few clicks on your computer or phone at this meeting.

Or do you need to check your Rotary Foundation giving history? Wonder how close you are to reaching that Paul Harris Fellowship? Looking for a sample Invocation when it’s your turn to lead the prayer and pledge at our next lunch.

A vast and growing array of digital information about our club, our Rotary District 6690 and Rotary International is available to you as a Rotary Club of Westerville member. Learn all about this information and how to access it during this How To session Sept. 23.

Bring your smart phone, bring your laptop or your tablet, and get a hands-on lesson on accessing this information at the luncheon.

Or, just sit back and watch the big screen as President Joe presents the session – a mini-seminar on Our Digital Club – at the Villa Milano Sept. 23.

NOTE: The Club is operating under COVID-safe practices due to the recent spike in cases of the Delta Variant, and local health care advisories. We will practice safe social distancing — a limit of 4 people per table at the Villa (where tables seat 8) — and wear facemasks when not eating or drinking. Hand sanitizer will be available at all tables. Those who are feeling ill or distributing any symptoms — including a temperature 100.4, cough or shortness of breath, or loss of taste/smell — are asked to stay at home and seek medical care.

Interested in joining?

The Rotary Club of Westerville is accepting applications for new membership.

The best way to pursue membership is to contact an existing Club member, and attend one of our lunches or events as her or his guest. Members of the public also are welcome to attend our events on their own, to see what our service club is all about. If possible, please give notice of your intent to attend a luncheon or social by emailing WestervilleRotaryEvents@gmail.com.

We hope to see you soon!
