2025 Free Concert & Food Truck Festival
Westerville Sports Complex, 325 N Cleveland Ave.
(At the southwest corner of County Line Road & Cleveland Avenue, across from the Westerville Community Center)
Beginning at 5 p.m., on Friday, July 4, 2025.
The Rotary Club of Westerville again in 2025 will present its free annual Concert Series to help residents and visitors celebrate the Independence Day holiday. The concert and accompanying Food Truck Festival will again this year be held at the Westerville Sports Complex, 325 N. Cleveland Ave.
Concert lineup
The 2025 Festival Concert schedule will be:
Band 1: 5-7:10 p.m. – Lee Gantt – Country
Band 2: 7:40-9:50 p.m. – LDNL (formerly Lieutenant Dan’s New Legs). Eclectic mix of genres, including pop, dance, funk, jazz, R&B, rock, and gospel.
DJ James Mintner of Buckeye Media Services will entertain before and between acts, backed with programmed music from The River 104.9 FM.
The Food Trucks
FOOD TRUCKS BEGIN SERVICES AT 5 AND WILL SERVE UNTIL 9:45!
At least 15 food trucks will set up, to offer a variety of dining options to attendees.
Stay for the Fireworks!
The Concert and Food Truck Festival site is a great place to stick around and catch the Westerville fireworks!
Families are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs to make an Independence Day evening of it!
NOTE: Heritage Park will be closed to residents as a viewing location for the fireworks display, due to safety precautions. The Westerville Sports Complex, 325 N. Cleveland Ave., is the best site for viewing the show! The City also will close Cleveland Avenue between County LIne Road and Heritage Park, from 2-10 p.m.,, to accommodate the expanded celebration!
Fireworks rain date: Same time and location, on Saturday, July 5.
‘Fun Zone’ returns
The City of Westerville will be back with its free Fun Zone entertainment at the Sports Complex for the 2025 Independence Day evening celebration. In fact, with this year’s closing of Cleveland Avenue between County Line Road and Heritage Park, from 2-10p.m., the City youth entertainment zone will stretch from the Westerville Community Center lawn, across Cleveland Avenue, and down to the southern end of the Sports Complex!
Inflatables including a giant slide, performers in patriotic attire and exciting activities like the bungee run, Hungry Hippos game and baseball pitch game will be included. A dining area for visitors patronizing the food trucks will be set up along Cleveland Ave., south of County Line.
The City also again will host lawn games at the south end of the Community Center, 350 N. Cleveland Ave., all evening. The Community Center will be closed to accommodate event setup, traffic and parking.
