Our 2024 Foundation Golf Outing is fast approaching!

Our 2024 Foundation Golf Outing is fast approaching! Please plan to join us Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, at the beautiful Medallion Club for the 24thd Annual Westerville Rotary Foundation Golf Outing.

Check In for Pre-Registration will open at 9:30 a.m.  Sept. 16 at The Medallion Club, 5000 Club Drive, Westerville, Ohio 43082.

Our pre-round Putting Contest starts at 10:30 a.m. and ends promptly at 11:15 a.m.  A box lunch is provided for each golfer on your cart.

The round begins with a shotgun start at noon.

Our Social, all Prize Drawings, Heavy Hors d’oeuvres, fun and fellowship will follow the round!

Golf Prizes

1st Place Team receives a Medallion Club Pro Shop Certificate worth $100 per player!*

2nd Place Team receives a Medallion Club Pro Shop Certificate worth $75 per player!*

3rd Place Team receives a Medallion Club Pro Shop Certificate worth $50 per player!*

*Note: If a tie occurs for any placed team the pot will be divided from total.

Putting Contest Winner receives a valued Player Card to the Westerville Golf Center or The Medallion Pro Shop!

Longest Drive Contest winner receives a $100 Gift Card or Medallion Club Pro Shop Certificate!

Closest to The Pin Contest winner receives a $100 Medallion Club Pro Shop Certificate!

Hole-in-One Contest: Wins the use of a new car for a year!

• Seniors over 65 play the Senior Tees*
• Ladies play the Ladies Tees*
• *Same tee for all on our Ford Hole-in-One Contest.

Super Raffle features super prizes

Again, this year, we will offer the Super Raffle with big prizes including a weekend get-a-ways, Electronics, Wine Tastings, Gift Cards Galore and other valuable items!

The Super Raffle tickets are $10 each and can be purchased from any Westerville Rotarian or at the registration table, day of event until noon.

On site Rare Bourbon Flight Raffle (includes 4 bottles of rare or fine Bourbon)

The Westerville Rotary Foundation is still accepting sponsors for our 2024 Foundation Golf Outing.  Levels are:

• Platinum sponsorship in the amount of $3,500 (Banner/Dinner Sponsor) and includes information that you can place at each table place setting about your company and 4 hole sponsor signs are included.
• Gold sponsorship in the amount of $2,500 (Feature/Lunch Sponsor) and includes information that you can place on each lunch box about your company and 4 hole sponsor signs are included.
• Silver sponsorship in the amount of $1,000 (Feature/Beverage Cart Sponsor) Includes your company sign on each beverage cart*
• Bronze sponsor in the amount of $ 500 (Prize Raffle Sponsor)*
• Golf Ball Give-a-way Sponsor at your cost (tent set up on course, to pass out sleeves of your logo golf balls to each player)*
• Hole Sponsor in the amount of $150 includes one sign with your name and/or logo. Logos display on cart screens as each pairing plays the hole!
• Friend of Rotary Sponsor in the amount of $50 includes your name on a group sponsor sign with your name in the lobby at the registration desk
