JOIN US at noon Sept. 2 for our regular weekly lunch meeting at the Old Bag of Nails, 24 N. State St.

Our speaker for the day will be Lynn Aventino, executive director of Uptown Westerville Inc.

NOTE: THE LOCATION FOR THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THE OLD BAG OF NAILS. Ongoing renovation work makes the Villa Milano UNAVAILABLE for the Sept. 2 meeting, so we will have lunch at the Old Bag, 3rd floor.

Uptown Westerville Inc. is a coalition of Uptown businesses and property owners and representatives of all the major public entities in the community — the city, school district, chamber of commerce, Otterbein University and the Westerville Public Library.

The group seeks to “protect the history, support the vitality and grow the future of Uptown Westerville.”

Lynn will fill us in on the history and recent work of UWI, the new DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) Uptown, and other Uptown happenings.

Please join us for our program on this dynamic local organization, at the Old Bag of Nails Sept. 2.
