The Rotary Club of Westerville seeks volunteers to help us stage the community’s Independence Day Celebration.

The celebration is a four-faceted birthday party for the nation right here in Westerville, and set this year for Monday, July 4th. The events are:

  • Our 5K Walk/Run in the morning
  • Our big State Street parade beginning at 10:30 a.m. (new time this year!)
  • Our afternoon/evening Free Concert Series and Food Truck Festival, and
  • The big finale, our grand Fireworks Show at 10 p.m.

Volunteer opportunities range from working participant check-in at the 5K, to helping with Parade entry registration, VIP & bands liaison at the Concert, to clean up at the end of the night. Shifts are kept to two hours to make the tasks light and involvement fun!

Please join us staging this wonderful community event as a volunteer!
